Sharjah Private Education Authority and ISC review best educational practices in Japan and Singapore
Sharjah Private Education Authority, in collaboration with ISC, a specialized company in educational research, organized a dialogue session to discuss ways to enhance the educational system. Participants reviewed the best educational practices adopted in Japan and Singapore and discussed ways to develop curricula and teaching methods to align with the aspirations of wise leadership in providing high-quality education.
The session, attended by employees from the Sharjah Private Education Authority and Sharjah Education Academy, addressed various axes and frameworks, including the interest in education in Japan and Singapore, historical transformations, and developments in the education system in these two countries. Additionally, it covered current and future education trends, population distribution and its impact on the education system, as well as the incentives and challenges facing education in Japan and Singapore, and the legislation governing the education system.
His Excellency Ali Al Hosani, Director of the Sharjah Private Education Authority, emphasized the importance of such sessions and their role in enhancing and developing the quality of education. He highlighted SPEA’s commitment to providing a distinguished educational environment that accommodates the latest and best educational practices from around the world, aiming to improve the learning experience for students. He also stressed the importance of expanding regional and global strategic partnerships to measure indicators and make comparisons to derive the best practices that reflect on the outcomes of the educational system in all private schools in Sharjah.
This session is part of SPEA’s efforts to enhance the level of education and exchange experiences and knowledge with distinguished international entities in this field. It follows qualitative strategies and models based on consultations provided in this session, enhancing its journey towards achieving excellence in education and developing educational competencies.
Organizing such sessions is part of the efforts made by SPEA to improve the quality of education and broaden international cooperation in this field. Discussions, exchange of views, ideas, and experiences are expected to guide SPEA in making the best decisions to enhance the level of education in the Emirate.
