Terms and Conditions

The user agrees to access and use the Sharjah Private Education Authority’s Site only for lawful purposes and is fully responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of the Authority’s Site. The user undertakes not to engage in any of the following practices:

1. Publishing or republishing any content that is illegal, including but not limited to discriminatory, defamatory, slanderous, libelous, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful material.

2. Using the Sharjah Private Education Authority's website to impersonate other individuals or entities.

3. Uploading any harmful materials containing viruses, or any codes, files, or programs that could alter, damage, or disrupt the functioning of the Sharjah Private Education Authority's website.

4. Uploading, inputting, or sending any email or copies of material that the user is not authorized to transmit under any law or contractual relationship.

5.  Modifying, damaging, or deleting any content published on the Sharjah Private Education Authority's website in an unlawful manner.

6.  Disabling or obstructing normal communication channels in any manner.

7.  Claiming an affiliation with or representation of any company, organization, or entity without official authorization.

8. Publishing any materials that infringe upon or conflict with the intellectual property rights of others, collecting or storing others' information, or impersonating individuals.

User Behavior
Certain sections of the Sharjah Private Education Authority’s Site are available only to registered users or allow users to request support or other services online by entering personal information. Under these services, users agree to provide accurate, complete, and precise information, and not to log in or attempt to use the Sharjah Private Education Authority’s Site with another person's data, or select a username deemed inappropriate by SPEA.

Access Termination
The Sharjah Private Education Authority reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend a user's access to its services without prior notice for any reason, including violation of any terms and conditions or engaging in behaviors and practices deemed unlawful or harmful to other users. Upon termination, the user will be barred from accessing the Sharjah Private Education Authority’s Site, and SPEA reserves the right to use all available means to enforce the termination. 

Termination of Site Use
The Sharjah Private Education Authority reserves the right to monitor any content entered by users, even though it is not obligated to do so. While SPEA does not monitor all content, it retains the  right (but not the obligation) to delete or modify any content that violates the terms and conditions.  Content on the Sharjah Private Education Authority’s Site is protected by UAE and international copyright laws and treaties. Users agree to comply with copyright notices displayed on this platform.

Content
The user agrees to indemnify, protect, and defend the Sharjah Private Education Authority and its employees and agents against any liability, including legal fees and costs, arising from any breach of these terms and conditions by the user. The user must fully cooperate in accordance with the Sharjah Private Education Authority’s rules and regulations, which reserves the right to undertake exclusive defense—at its own expense—or to pursue any matter requiring compensation by the user. The user may not settle any matter without the Sharjah Private Education Authority’s written consent.

Indemnity
The Sharjah Private Education Authority is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Site, including but not limited to, loss of income, anticipated profits, reputation, business, data, computer malfunctions, or any other damages.

Limitation of Liability
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights on the Sharjah Private Education Authority’s Site, are owned, supervised, or licensed by the Sharjah Private Education Authority or the governmental bodies involved in preparing the content. Accordingly, the compilation and organization of content available on the Sharjah Private Education Authority’s Site are the exclusive property of SPEA and are protected by copyright law. The Sharjah Private Education Authority retains all intellectual property rights to the materials on the Site. All names, trademarks, and logos on the platform and in the materials in this document are owned and licensed by the Sharjah Private Education Authority unless otherwise stated. The use of trademarks without prior permission from the Sharjah Private Education Authority or the governmental bodies representing those trademarks is prohibited.
