• From within the emirate: Attach the latest academic report proving success.
• From within the country (from another emirate): Submit the transcript and transfer certificate, provided that one of them is attested by the issuing official authority.
• From outside the country: Submit the latest academic report attested by the accredited official authorities.>

Note:

In the event that a student transfers from one curriculum to a different one, an equivalency certificate issued by the Ministry of Education in the country must be attached, with the exception of students transferring from the Ministry of Education (Ministerial) curriculum.

This is not permitted according to the approved regulations.

Students are registered in private schools through the following steps:

• Creating an account for the parent in the approved electronic system: https://daleel.spea.shj.ae/
• Regarding registration in private schools following the Ministry of Education (Ministerial) curriculum, the school in which the student is to be registered is contacted directly, and registration is carried out by the school via the Manhal system.
• As for registering students in private schools with foreign curricula, it is done through the following steps (including the manual link): https://daleel.spea.shj.ae/
• Filling out the registration application and attaching the required documents.
• The application is reviewed by the school and approval is obtained.

It is mandatory to enter the student's data into the official approved electronic system when registering in private schools in the Emirate of Sharjah following the Ministerial curriculum (Manhal system) or registering in private schools in the Emirate of Sharjah following foreign curricula (Daleel system), as the student is not considered officially registered until their registration is completed in these systems.

Through a placement test conducted by the school based on the student's age.
