The Corporate Communications Department serves as the strategic link between the organization and its internal and external audiences.

It plays a pivotal role in planning, implementing, and organizing the corporate communications system, thereby enhancing the organization's public image and solidifying its corporate identity.

The department also works to unify media messages, manage media relations, oversee content published through official channels, support internal communication, manage media crises, and build effective strategic partnerships. Key Tasks and Roles

  • Planning and implementing communication, marketing, and promotional strategies for the Authority's events, initiatives, and services to enhance its image and achieve its objectives.

  • Managing media relations, unifying messaging, and overseeing content published through official channels.
  • Enhancing internal communication and raising employee awareness and sense of belonging.

  • Developing and impelmenting communication policies and strategies, including media crisis Department.

  • Measuring customer satisfaction, following up on complaints, and developing response mechanisms to improve service quality.
