Overview of the Organizational Unit

 

The Documents Office is the organizational unit responsible for managing and organizing correspondence and documents within the Authority. It receives, sends, and archives incoming and outgoing correspondence, adhering to standards of confidentiality and quality.
It also works on developing electronic archiving systems to facilitate document storage and retrieval and enhance the efficiency of administrative processes.

Key Tasks and Roles

  • Managing the organization of administrative documents and correspondence for all organizational units within the Authority.

  • Delivering outgoing mail from the Authority to the relevant parties and following up to ensure timely completion.

  • Registering incoming mail to the Authority and forwarding it to senior management for follow-up on decisions and directives.

  • Providing the Authority's administrative units with copies of outgoing and incoming correspondence as needed, in accordance with approved procedures.

  • Developing and implementing a system for organizing and classifying intermediate files and documents to ensure easy retrieval when required.
