The Educational Operations Department is a vital department that plays a pivotal role in overseeing an integrated system of educational and administrative processes related to student affairs,
thereby contributing to enhancing the quality of institutional performance and raising the efficiency of educational outcomes.
The department operates within an integrated framework that ensures harmony between educational, organizational, and technical aspects,
thus supporting data accuracy and procedural integrity.It also strives to keep pace with educational developments and best educational practices by developing work mechanisms and improving the efficiency of adopted systems, thereby delivering high-quality educational services in accordance with the highest standards of quality and institutional excellence.
Key Tasks and Roles
- Monitoring student registration and accreditation, and verifying the authenticity of certificates issued both within and outside the country.
- Certifying certificates, issuing academic transcripts and records for closed schools.
- Directly supervising the "Daleel" electronic system and addressing all related technical and educational issues.
- Managing the registration process for students with disabilities. Following up on student registrations, including national service files and higher education registration (NABU).
- Providing technical support for the "Al-Manhal" and "Daleel" systems, while maintaining effective coordination with relevant external entities.
- Following up on technical support requests for the Al-Manhal system. Monitoring the academic calendar, holidays, and all matters related to vacation days.
