The department offers a range of educational services that contribute to raising the quality of performance in educational institutions,
in addition to monitoring the improvement efforts undertaken by these institutions. A team of experts works collaboratively and continuously with the leaders of these educational institutions to provide them with the necessary support on their journey toward excellence, particularly in the areas of strategic planning, professional development, data utilization, teaching and learning, educational resources, assessment and academic accreditation, as well as field support.
Key Tasks and Roles
- Supporting educational institutions in developing strategic performance improvement plans aligned with the capacity-building model.
- Providing support and assistance programs in the field of continuous professional development to meet the actual training needs of the educational field.
- Promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making through the implementation of field surveys and specialized research studies.
- Analyzing student achievement outcomes and evaluating infrastructure and digital resources to ensure the quality of the educational environment and empower leaders and staff.
- Supporting educational institutions in school evaluation processes and enhancing their readiness to achieve the highest levels of performance and excellence.
- Enhancing the efficiency of teaching and learning processes, in coordination with relevant stakeholders, to ensure the delivery of innovative and pioneering educational outcomes.
