The department ensures network security and efficient electronic connectivity with relevant government entities, in addition to providing the necessary hardware, software, and support infrastructure for all organizational units.
The department also coordinates system licenses and memberships and continuously monitors and improves the performance of the technological system according to global best practices, ensuring business continuity and enhancing digital transformation to deliver smart, high-quality electronic services to all stakeholders.
Key Tasks and Roles
- Comprehensive oversight of the technological infrastructure, and the continuous development, maintenance, and security of its systems.
- Providing integrated technical support for all devices and applications to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
- Developing and programming smart applications according to user requirements, while fully adhering to information security standards.
- Coordinating electronic connectivity with government entities and providing all necessary technical support to organizational units.
- Following up on the renewal of technical licenses and memberships, and ensuring the integrity and quality of the organization's cybersecurity settings.
