The "Teacher and Proud" Department is a specialized department that plays a pivotal role in empowering Emirati educators in private schools, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi – may God protect him. The department oversees the recruitment, appointment, placement, and professional development of teachers, and strives to enhance their skills through advanced training programs that align with the demands of the 21st century. Through its initiatives, the department also works to instill national identity and educational excellence in the field of education, thereby strengthening the quality of education and achieving the strategic goals aimed at supporting national talent and raising their professional and educational competence in the Emirate of Sharjah.
