In line with its strategic plan, SPEA is committed to promoting and disseminating a culture of "continuous improvement." It has implemented several programs and taken steps aimed at enhancing the performance of its affiliated educational institutions. This commitment has led to tangible improvements in the performance of educational institutions, as evidenced by the following actions:

• Conducting a comprehensive review of the quality of performance of private schools in Sharjah, based on the approved UAE School Inspection Framework This review aims to identify areas needing improvement and develop necessary intervention plans, as part of the first round of the Itqan 2022 program.
• Identifying areas for improvement, assessing training needs, and evaluating the impact achieved by SPEA over the past three years. This includes providing meaningful feedback to schools and celebrating high-performing institutions within the Emirate of Sharjah.
• Ensuring comprehensive coverage of all educational institutions under review, maintaining adherence to quality, professionalism, and consistency standards. SPEA also monitors school leaders' satisfaction with the procedures followed during the implementation of the program in 2022, achieving a satisfaction rate exceeding 95%.
• Promoting continuous improvement in the quality and effectiveness of education by monitoring operational data and statistics from key initiatives within SPEA and schools, and by supporting inspection frameworks.
• Encouraging ongoing enhancement in private schools through professional development workshops conducted over several weeks during the academic year, in collaboration with the Sharjah Education Academy.
